About NHS
The National Honor Society (NHS) is the nation's premier organization established to recognize outstanding high school students. More than just an honor roll, NHS serves to honor students who have demonstrated excellence in the areas of scholarship, leadership, service, and character. These characteristics have been associated with membership in the organization since its beginning in 1921. Our members work diligently to develop an enthusiasm for scholarship, stimulate a desire to render service, promote worthy leadership, and encourage the development of character for students at FSWC.

Throughout the school year, our members participate in Meals of Hope, Soldier’s Angels, Peer Tutoring, and other service-inspired events. Our goal as an organization is to not just raise up leaders but to make a lasting difference in people's lives through service.
